Media Development Foundation announces a call for the position of Fundraising and Organizational Development Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coming up with the organization's long-term (3-year) development strategy and the relevant action plan;

• Introducing and implementing an effective assessment and monitoring system;

• Raising financial resources needed to execute the organization's strategic and action plan;

• Maintaining donor databases and continuous monitoring of grant applications;

• Preparing project applications in coordination and collaboration with program directors and financial managers;

• Communicating with donors and organizing regular meetings for future cooperation purposes;

• Participating in the reporting process with donor organizations;

• Preparing the organization’s annual reports and introducing an internal reporting system;

• Communicating and promoting organization’s activities (ongoing and completed projects, other activities);

• Implementing the organization's Code of Conduct and other systems of internal accountability;

• Supporting the professional development of employees.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Higher education in public administration, management, business administration and other relevant fields;

• At least 1 year of demonstrated working experience in the field of fundraising and organizational development;

• Fluency in Georgian and English languages;

• Academic writing proficiency in English;

• Sense of responsibility

• Interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision;

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Salary: To be determined individually based on the experience of the applicant.
